| To Local: When you publish to your
local hard drive a dialog box will appear for you select a directory to
place the publication.
A sub-directory with the same name as the project
will be created in that directory. Three files will be created and
placed in this sub-directory. The project name will be used with a file
extension of ".htm" to create a web page with the proper content to
display the project.
Accompanying that file is another using the project
name with the extension of ".swf". This is the project file in
Macromedia's Flash format. These two files are needed together to view
the project in a web page.
The third and final file uses the project
name with an ".exe" extension. This file is a stand alone player of your
project. This file can be run on any Microsoft Windows operating system. |
